Referral Bonus Qualifications
- The person referred must be hired by Search Wizards and work 160 hours for contract roles and 90 days for direct-hire roles to receive the referral bonus.
- A valid referral is a candidate or client who is presented to Search Wizards AND has not been engaged with or on Active Status with Search Wizards within the last 90 days.
- Unlimited referral bonuses are allowed per person.
By participating in our referral program, you agree to advocate our staffing services. Successful referrals completing payment to our agency will earn a referral bonus. The bonus rates are subject to change and may incur tax obligations. The program can be altered or ended anytime without prior notice, and by participating, you agree to these terms.
